As I was driving to a coffee shop this morning to type this post, I saw a church sign that said "Who do you need to confront?". For the record, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that question, but I was slightly appalled because of A: the nature of the post I was preparing to write, and B: a confirmation of the fact that we live in an age focused on pointing out what is wrong with others while skipping over what's wrong with ourselves. So if you have already managed to pry the log out of your own eye, than yes, that is a good question for you, 'Who do you need to confront?'. Go for it. But if there is anyone out there like me who has some serious issues to deal with before we move onto others, here's my answer:
Me. I need to finally confront me.
